Shipping Policy -
* Most orders shipped within 24 hours (Orders must be placed before 6:30 PM EST/3:30 PM PST) weekends and holidays excluded
* UPS does not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays
* Items ordered together may ship separately (back/order or preorders)
* Canada, P.O. Boxes, and Military Addresses do not qualify for UPS Ground
* All orders being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military address will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. (USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries)
*All US orders except Alaska, Guam, Hawaii and Puerto Rico and Stickers will be shipped by UPS Ground speed unless you specify a faster service ie; 3 day, next day and 2 day air.
* Delays can occur if we need to investigate mistakes made during the Checkout Process or any other irregularity.
* To avoid delays, please be sure to carefully complete and confirm the accuracy of the information you enter during our on-line Checkout process before submitting your order.

Please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are just that, estimates. Because actual delivery times are subject to various factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, No Friends cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 3 business day cushion period to account for unforeseen delivery problems. Please note that your order may be subject to certain import customs, import duties and taxes imposed by your country upon delivery. These charges are NOT included in the prices and shipping costs listed on No Friends. As the importer of record, you must comply with your local laws and regulations and pay all applicable duties, taxes and fees. Accordingly, we recommend that you contact your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable taxes and duties you may be charged upon delivery and for further information.

 

INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS

To insure our customers complete satisfaction we put some simple useful guidelines and steps on this page for any returns/miships or damaged orders.
If you bought an item of clothing and washed it, we cannot accept a return. Shrinkage is not a valid reason for returning clothing. There are also no returns on DVD's and videos once the shrinkwrap has been removed!
If you bought a DVD, unwrapped it, played it and decided to get a different one, we cannot give you a refund or swap it out for another DVD.
Returns shipping costs -
*Merchandise must be reported to us if damaged, missing or returning immideiatley after order is received.
*Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer EXCEPT if an item is damaged* or we shipped the wrong item. If so, you may be asked to ship the merchandise back at your expense via a method that we specify and we will credit your account for the return shipping costs at a maximum of equal to what we paid to ship it to you only.
*If you are getting reimbursed by us for return shipping costs, you must ship the item via a method that we approve in advance.
*If you are shipping something back to us for a refund and it's not due to error on our part or damage, we STRONGLY urge you to insure your shipment. Customers are responsible for lost or damaged shipments to us.
If you return an item that had free shipping, we reserve the right to refund your money minus our cost to ship it to you (unless your return is due to damage or an error on our part).
To return a product, please use the following steps below.
1. Fill out the back part of your invoice that came with your order. You can also email us webstore@nofriends.com or call 1.888.NOFRIENDS (toll-free within the U.S.) or 858.490.9240 (intl/local calls) during business hours 9am-4pm (PST).
2. Verify that all merchandise is in the original packaging, undamaged, and new.
4.If your order included free promotional items like; DVDs, T-shirts, etc. you must also return those!
3. For your protection, please insure the package and use a "traceable" shipping method such as UPS Ground, Parcel Post or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation, or Registered Mail for overseas shipments. You are responsible for any shipping damages/loss that may occur.

*Returning bodyboards.
Returns are not allowed unless the board is damaged or is not what you ordered, even if you bought a bodyboard and had us install a leash.
* Credits issued for returns.
Credit will be issued after we receive, inspect, and processe your return. We will call/e-mail you when this process has been completed. Your credit card company determines when the issued credit will be reflected in your statement. Please allow 4-7 business days for it to show on your Credit Card statement.
