We strive to ship your order in less than 1 business day after receiving your order and payment information. Generally, this means your order is packed and shipped to you within 18 hours. We ship all orders "Same day, Guaranteed!" (Orders must be placed before 6:30 PM Eastern Time (3:30 PM Pacific Time). Weekends and holidays are excluded.) All US orders except Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground Speed unless you specify a faster service.

Please keep in mind that all delivery estimates are just that, estimates. Because actual delivery times are subject to various factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions and other carrier delays, No Friends cannot guarantee your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. If time is critical and you need your items by a specified date, we recommend choosing a shipping method that provides at least a 3 business day cushion period to account for unforeseen delivery problems. IMPORTANT: ALL DELIVERY ESTIMATES BEGIN ON THE DAY YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPED (typically within 1 business day after receiving your order) AND EXCLUDE WEEKENDS.
-All orders being shipped to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military address will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. (USPS tracking is not available for APO/FPO deliveries.)
International
Orders
All international orders are shipped sent via Parcel Post Air Mail by
the US Postal Service. Oversized Items such as Body Boards may be assessed
an additional fee if the country you live in will not except US Postal
oversized boxes.
International Parcel Post Air Mail will take any where between 1-5 weeks
depending on the country you live in.
