Will I get a receipt with my order

Yes, you will receive an invoice with your order that can be used to return or exchange merchandise.

Will my credit card be charged immediately

No, your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information and click "order now" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received within approximately 24 hours. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and the tracking number to your order.

Find the United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been shipped. Use that number at either www.ups.com or www.usps.com to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the carrier’s web site.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service or United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Can you ship to an international address?

All international orders are shipped sent via Parcel Post Air Mail by the US Postal Service unless you specify the faster service of International Global Express which should take 3-7 days.

You will be notified if oversized Items such as BodyBoards are assessed additional fees if the country you live in will not except US Postal oversized boxes.

International Parcel Post Air Mail will take any where between 1 - 6 weeks depending on the country you live in.

If I send a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

No, just remember to check the box indicating that you'd like us to include a gift receipt with your order on the billing and shipping information page of checkout. Your recipient will receive an invoice that lists the items, but not their prices, and which can be used to return or exchange merchandise.

I didn't receive an order number when placing through the web. What should I do?

Can I remove items from my shopping bag or do I just start over?

You can remove items from your shopping bag at any time. To view your shopping cart, click on the link at the top or bottom of the page. Check the boxes next to the items you wish to remove, then click "remove checked item(s)." To add more of an item or make changes to an item that's already in your shopping bag, click "edit" next to the item name that you want to change. You'll be taken to a product page where you can change the size, color or quantity of the item. Click "update" to make the changes to your shopping bag.

How do I change or cancel an order?

If for any reason you would like to cancel or change your order with NoFriends.com, please call 1.888.663.7436 (1.888.NO.FRIENDS) as soon as possible. We will do everything that we can to accommodate your request. Keep in mind that our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
